INSURANCE OVERVIEW

Public Liability Insurance

We want to make the insurance part of the process easy & simple. 
See below for a quick overview of Public Liability documentation to share with the MicDrop team.

Certificate of Currency for your 

Public Liability Insurance:

The Certificate of Currency that you provide, will need to contain the following:

  • Insured name; must match the contracted company name for the event
  • Insurance amount; a minimum of $10,000,000 (ten million dollars)
  • Policy dates; must align to the event booking date(s)
  • Business Description; this should include details of the event; i.e. Day Conference taking place at MicDrop Richmond on 20 November 2020.

If this cannot be provided, the Certificate should at least refer to the inclusion of off-site events/conferences.

Note: Some basic office liability policies will not automatically extend to cover events/conferences.

Upon receipt of a fully completed proposal form, Chris and the H2 Insurance Solutions team will be able to source the necessary short term Public Liability Insurance required to hire a MicDrop event space.


Please note that cover should be arranged at least 48 hours prior to commencement of the hire.
