Relating To Coronavirus before entry

Following all recommendations from the Department of Health to ensure the safety of our team & community from exposure to Novel Coronavirus.

Before you enter our space we have 3 questions:

1. Have you returned from overseas in the last 14 days?

    

    

2. Have you been in contact with anyone who;

• Has been overseas in the last 14 days or

   

• Is suspected or confirmed to have Coronavirus?

3. Are you feeling unwell with flu-like symptoms?

   If you answered yes to any of these questions, please return home and seek medical advice.
   Upon return, in order to enter we require written advice / certificate that you’re ok and no longer require self isolation.
